Payment Methods

All payments are processed with Squarespace Payments. Squarespace Payments accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and UnionPay, as well as Apple Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, Google Pay, and Link.

Sales

Products will only be sold in the United States. All sales are final upon fulfillment of order.

Delivery

Delivery and shipping logistics is organized by Pirate Ship. All outgoing packages will be sent through USPS or UPS based on customer decision during checkout. Products will only be delivered in the United States. Local deliveries will be delivered by a Headwaters Maple delivery driver and may be delivered at any time unless otherwise specified.

Refund and Return Policy

Refunds will be granted if there is a defect with the product that makes it unsafe or unfit for use. Should this occur, proof of purchase and defect must be provided. Refunds will be addressed on a case by case basis. Due to our dedication to food safety, returns on food products will not be accepted and any attempt to send food products back will not be reimbursed.
